IIT Phd Student held for Murdering girl

IIT Phd scholar held for murdering an innocent North East Girl...What same!! a tight slap in the name of education.. Unfortunately in India law is equal for all; otherwise, such criminals wearing intellectual jackets should be beaten publicly every day, every moment!

Education is considered as a power to wipe out all evils in mind...As Plato had said that Education allows man to see the light which our soul already possess...It is not that I m blaming or pointing fingers to any institute or its students...what good example they will set for next generation..Literacy is important for a civilised society..but, if literate poeople considered as some of the best brains are doing such henious crimes than can we say that we are moving in the right direction?

Delhi is the crime capital of India. No one is safe in Delhi, not even the guys let alone the girls. I wish the government will do something about this. But I don't think it will.

When China claims Arunachal is theirs, we die-hard say it is ours. When someone from the North East including Arunachal comes to Delhi or other parts of the country, people mock him as Chinese. What a ridicule! We still do not try to understand the North East, their unique culture, food habits, race. Just take yourself into their position of being treated as second-class citizens constantly and feeling foreign in your country due to such treatment. And now another murder! Continue this way, and India will fragment emotionally to such a degree that it can never become a developed nation.

No body is afraid of law.No mercy for such criminals. Send them to gallows. Victim's family should be suitably compensated.

Mankind seems to be losing moral values. Not sure if some genetic change is happening or parents are too busy to teach children about morality.

i think it is also because we are failing day by day to take care of our values..it is coming down..People take academic excellence or material excellence as true success...But, this is not true. A person going to reputed University is taken as an ideal and a success symbol by many...But, it is here where we fail...There should be some follow up for good and honest people also...The so called cream of the society like the Civil Servants who come out after various tests are mostly corrupt. But, still there is a beeline to respect them..We really need to change that mentality..A person with honesty and other good values should be taken as Hero of the masses...
